We humbly request to you all that make sure you visit and inspect all of our ongoing and completed projects and understand the process of our work prior to join with us. We repeat, know the process and buy apartment on your own land by going through an easy installment process.
The location of our recently started project at Nandipur Bishwa Road, Khilgaon. It is situated after trimohonibidge, Dhaka South City Corporation.
The amount of land in Southern Park-8 is 33 katha, flat size is 1850+ sqft. Each floor Each floor contains 4 apartments (4 beds, 4 baths, 4 balconies, drawing, dining, kitchen, and car parking).

Confirm or book you share by paying a small portion as down payment that will calculated by the share price.
Then bring rest of the money of the share price to the government land registry office at Tejgaon within 2-3 business days. Own a share of the land in Project Southern Park-6 or Southern Park-6 by registering the shares of your share of land in your own name and paying the remaining amount of the shares. Now you are done with buying the share.
Now you have a question how construction will begin and your role regarding this.
Well, going to explain usually how we get things done successfully.
Land share
  1. First Meeting: Arranging a meeting with members as soon as possible which will be the very first meeting. Everyone has to be present in the meeting. An engineer and a manager will be employed with the help of the all members of the project.
  2. Construction Committee: Among the members (who will be present), a committee will be formed by an election. In simple words, the committee will be formed based on the opinion and preferences of the members. Anyone among the members can participate.
  3. Account management: Among the members an account management committee will be formed as well. The committee will be made up of three members. The primary responsibility would be account management and monitoring. They will sign bank checks as well. Trade license will named after the name of committee members and bank account name would southern park 7. The payment of bills and material will have to make by the sign of the any 2 members out of 3.
  4. Construction Fund Collection: A Whatsapp group will formed by the all members which will be updated by the photos and videos content for showing the current status and update of the project. Sometimes virtual meeting will be occurred.

 The committee and all the members jointly determine a fund which may be BDT. 1 lakh and 2 lakhs. The amount has to be deposited after a certain period of time for construction’s cost purpose. In this way, every step of the way, everyone will continue to deposit money for running the project. In a word, your spawn building / flat came to a standstill through a simple installment process.

  1. Your freedom: Our share will be there till the project completed. But there will be no interruptions from our side. The project will be continued on the basis of your decision and preferences. You will the get the full freedom.
  2. Our Responsibility: We will have the responsibility to complete all the approvals process required for the construction of RAJUK and the building.
